- Initial Cleanup: When you sign up for our routine pet waste removal services, we’ll start with an Initial Clean-Up. This one-time service is essential to get your yard in top shape and ready for ongoing maintenance.- After this initial clean-up, your regular weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service pricing will take effect, keeping things consistent and affordable moving forward.

- Weekly: Recommended option, with visits once a week to keep your yard fresh and clean.
- Bi-Weekly: Perfect for homes with fewer pets or larger yards, offering service every two weeks.
- Monthly: Ideal for homes with minimal pet waste, providing a thorough clean-up once a month.
- One-Time: A one-time service for heavy clean-ups, post-event cleanings, or when you just need a fresh start.

- Waste Removal: Comprehensive removal of all pet waste from your yard, including hard-to-reach spots. Surfaces and areas covered include grass, turf, patios, cement, pea rock, kennels, and more.
- Disposal: Proper disposal of pet waste in accordance with local regulations, using your on-site trash can or bin. Waste is double-bagged in scented bags for cleanliness and safety.
- Pet-Safe Practices: We use pet-safe tools and products to prioritize the health and safety of your pets during every service.

- Odor Deodorizing: Keep your yard smelling fresh with our deodorizing service after waste removal.
- Deck/Patio Scrubbing: Eliminate waste spots and debris with our scrubbing service for decks and patios.

No Contracts or Hidden Fees:
- No Sign-Up Fees: We believe in transparency. There are no hidden fees when you sign up for our services.
- Flexibility: No long-term commitments! You can cancel or adjust the frequency of your service anytime.
- Cancellation Policy: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 2 days before your next payment date. For more details, review our terms and conditions under our About Us page.


Lawn Mowing Services
Service Frequency:
- Weekly Mowing: Perfect for the growing season or for customers who want a consistently manicured look. Weekly mowing helps prevent overgrowth, keeps your yard tidy, and promotes a healthier lawn.
- Biweekly Mowing (Every Two Weeks): Great for moderate growth and general upkeep during most of the year.
- Monthly Mowing: Best for low-maintenance yards or during slower-growing seasons. This option helps keep things under control without the commitment of more frequent service.
What’s Included:
- Mowing of the entire property including the front, back, and side yards.- Edging along sidewalks, driveways, fences, garden beds, etc.- Blowing off grass clippings and debris from driveways, sidewalks, and patios for a clean look after each visit.

After arrival, we'll complete the job, close the gate, and send you a job summary (with photos if necessary).5. - Our subscription plans keep your lawn and yard fresh without the hassle! We bill at the beginning of each month for recurring services like pet waste removal and lawn mowing, so your spot stays secured on our schedule with no interruptions and without dealing with multiple invoices. Plus, subscribing customers receive top priority, even during weather delays!- No contracts, no hidden fees! You can cancel or adjust your service frequency anytime after your current billing cycle ends. Enjoy flexible, convenient, and affordable lawn care, commitment-free!
Do I have to subscribe to use your services?
- For recurring pet waste removal: Yes, a subscription is required to keep your yard consistently clean.- For reccuring lawn care: Not necessarily! A subscription isn’t required but it comes with great perks! Subscribers get locked-in lower rates and priority scheduling, even during high-demand weeks or weather delays. If you're interested in having the lawn mowed on a recurring basis, we highly encourage you to subscribe; it’s the best way to save money and guarantee consistent service!
How often do you visit for pet waste removal and/or lawn care?
- Services are offered weekly, biweekly, twice a week, or monthly depending on your preference! One-time services are also offered.
Do I need to be home during the service?
- It is preferred that the client be home during the first visit to meet the crew. But as long as we have safe access to your yard, you do not have to be home.
Do you scoop in the rain?
- Yes! Unless the rain is severe or there are flash flood warnings, a little rain won't stop us from cleaning up after your pups.
Do you mow the lawn in the rain?
- To maintain the health and beauty of your lawn, we avoid mowing during heavy rain or wet conditions. Wet grass can become damaged, and our equipment can leave unsightly ruts or holes in your yard. We strive to provide the best service while protecting your lawn, ensuring that every mow leaves your yard looking its best. We’ll work with you to reschedule in case of bad weather; this may mean mowing a day earlier or later, or even working on weekends if needed. However, if heavy rain makes mowing impossible for the week, our subscribers receive a complimentary bonus service of their choice on their next visit. This ensures you always get the value of your subscription!
Is there an initial clean-up fee for first-time customers?
- Yes! For routine pet waste clean-ups, we charge a one-time initial clean-up fee based on the size of your yard, when it was last cleaned of waste and the number of dogs. This helps us ensure that we start your routine services off with a thorough cleaning. Once that’s done, your regular weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly rates will apply.- For lawn care, it depends! Some of our services will require an initial cleaning of leaves, weeds, etc. Once that's completed, as-needed rates will apply.
How do I pay for your services?
- We accept payments securely through Stripe, a trusted payment processing system.✔ Routine Services (Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly): You will be automatically billed at the start of each billing cycle on the 1st of the month. This ensures uninterrupted service without the hassle of manual payments.✔ One-Time Jobs Over $100: A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure your spot on our route, with the remaining balance due immediately upon completion.✔ One-Time Jobs Under $100: Full payment is required upfront to hold your appointment.- For first-time customers, we offer the option to charge your first visit on the day of service to build trust. However, all routine visits will follow our subscription-based payment model for convenience.- We only accept payments through Stripe—no cash, Zelle, or alternative methods—to keep transactions secure and simple.
What do you do with the pet waste you collect?
- To ensure efficiency and environmental responsibility, all pet waste collected during our visits will be securely bagged twice and disposed of in your designated trash can or bin on-site. This approach helps keep your yard and community clean and maintains proper waste disposal practices. If you have specific instructions for disposal, please let us know, and we will be happy to accommodate!
For landscaping projects, do you haul away debris (leaves, branches, plants)?
- Yes, for general landscaping projects, your services include debris haul away of leaves, branches, plants, and other plant waste. We’ll make sure your space is left clean and tidy after the job is completed.

Winston's Green Paws - Subscription-Based Service Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to Winston's Green Paws, you ("Customer") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before subscribing.1. Subscription Overview- Service Description:Winston's Green Paws offers professional pet waste removal and lawn care services. Your subscription includes the specific service(s) selected, scheduled on a weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis (or as otherwise agreed upon).- Subscription Fee:The subscription fee is billed on the 1st of each month and covers the scheduled services for that calendar month. Charges are based on the number of visits planned for that month. While most months include 4 weekly or 2 biweekly visits, some months may include 5 weeks, resulting in an additional scheduled visit. In those cases, the monthly invoice will reflect the number of scheduled visits for that month.- Service Frequency:
Services are scheduled on a recurring weekly, biweekly (every other week) or monthly basis, depending on your chosen plan. We are unable to skip or delay scheduled visits, as this results in additional buildup (e.g., grass growth or pet waste), which requires extra time and effort to manage. If you wish to change your service frequency, please contact us in advance to adjust your plan accordingly.2. Payment Terms- Payment Method:Payments are processed automatically at the beginning of each month. By signing up, the customer authorizes secure, recurring payments to be made with their card on file through our payment processor, Stripe.- Billing Cycle:Customers are billed on the 1st day of each month.- Initial Cleanup Fee for Pet Waste Removal and Lawn Mowing Services:First-time customers may be charged an initial cleanup and/or lawn mowing fee, which covers the additional time and effort required to prepare your property for ongoing service.The fee will vary depending on the condition of the property and will be communicated and approved before the first service.After the initial cleanup and/or lawn mowing service, regular service will proceed at the agreed-upon recurring rate.- Late Payment and Service Delays:Recurring Services (Pet Waste Removal & Lawn Care):For all recurring services, including pet waste removal and lawn care, if payment is late and affects your scheduled visit, we are unable to issue a refund or waive the charge for the missed service. Waste and grass continue to accumulate or grow during this time, often requiring additional time, effort, and equipment wear to complete the job properly. Additionally, holding your time slot limits our ability to serve other customers and impacts our scheduling.Account Removal:
If payment is not received within 30 days, your account will be removed from our route. You are always welcome to rejoin our service when you are ready to resume.We’re Here to Work With You!
We understand that life happens. If you ever need to pause service for a valid reason, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to work with you when possible; communication is key.3. Cancellations and Refunds- Cancellation Policy:Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us via email at [email protected] or by calling 346-351-8398.Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.- Refunds:No refunds will be issued for services already performed or for partial months.- Service Cancellations by Us:In the rare case that we need to cancel a visit due to extreme weather conditions (such as storms, flooding, or hurricanes) or an emergency on our end, customers will be notified as soon as possible. Biweekly and monthly subscribers will be rescheduled to the following week. Weekly subscribers will have the option to receive:A. A full refund for the missed visit or,B. A complimentary service of equal value added to your next scheduled visit (examples include pet waste cleanup, light leaf removal, light weed removal, light shrub trimming, etc.),We do our best to maintain a reliable schedule, and we truly appreciate your understanding if nature or emergencies interfere.4. Scope of Services- What’s Included:Regular removal of dog waste from your property and/or regular lawn care (mowing, edging, and debris cleanup) based on the agreed schedule.- Customer Responsibilities:Provide safe and unobstructed access to your property during scheduled visits.Notify us of any changes to property access or special instructions.- Winston’s Guarantee: Our Poop-Free PromiseWe aim to provide a thorough and reliable cleanup every time. If you notice any missed waste after your service, please notify us within 12 hours of your visit and before your pet re-enters the yard. If reported within this time frame, we’ll return to your property the same day or next business day to remove the missed waste, free of charge.Reports made after 12 hours may not be eligible for a complimentary return visit, as new waste may have accumulated.5. Service Adjustments- Rescheduling:Customers may request to reschedule a service with at least 24 hours’ notice.Missed services due to weather or other unforeseen events will be rescheduled during the same week.- Service Changes:Any changes to service frequency or other details must be requested by contacting us directly. If applicable, changes to the bill will take effect the following month.- Pet Updates:If you add a new dog to your household or need to make adjustments to your subscription, please let us know so we can update your service accordingly. We understand that circumstances change, and if you no longer require service for a pet, just reach out to us—we’re here to help.- Pet Waste Removal in Overgrown Grass Policy:For safety and quality reasons, we ask that yards receiving pet waste cleanup services be maintained regularly. If the grass is over 6 inches in height, it becomes significantly harder to locate and remove all waste, and may lead to: missed waste, extended cleanup times, and excess wear and tear on our tools.If we arrive and the grass is overgrown, one of the following will apply:A. A $10 overgrowth fee will be added to the visit to cover the additional time and effort required, and Winston’s Guarantee will no longer apply for that visit; or,
B. You may choose to reschedule your visit for after the lawn has been mowed. If the lawn is not mowed within 24 hours of the originally scheduled visit, the service will still be considered missed, and no refund will be issued. We appreciate your understanding, as uncut grass can impact the quality and efficiency of our service.We want to provide the most thorough and reliable service possible; keeping grass maintained helps us do that.6. Liability- Damage or Loss:Winston's Green Paws is not responsible for property damage caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., animals, weather).- Service Guarantee:We strive to provide high-quality service. If you’re not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of a visit to resolve the issue.7. Waste DisposalAll pet waste collected during service will be disposed of in the customer's designated on-site waste bin. For sanitation and odor control, waste is double-bagged in scented bags. If no accessible bin is available, alternative disposal arrangements may incur an additional fee.8. TerminationWinston's Green Paws reserves the right to terminate your subscription at any time for non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or any other valid reasons.9. Agreement to TermsBy subscribing, you agree to these terms and conditions. - Project Scope:
The specific services, timeline, and costs will be detailed in the project estimate and agreed upon prior to the start of work.2. Payment Terms
- Payment Requirement:
For services under $100, full payment is required before or by the morning of the scheduled service to confirm your appointment.
- Deposit Requirement:
For projects over $100, a 50% deposit is required upfront to secure materials and reserve your project on our schedule. However, for services scheduled within 24 hours or on the day of the appointment, full payment is required on the day of the service.
- Final Payment:
The remaining balance for projects over $100 is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
- Payment Methods:
Payments must be made via Stripe. Customers will receive an email with payment instructions.
- Late Payments:
For projects requiring a deposit, services will not begin until the deposit is received. If the final payment is not made within 7 days of project completion, a late fee of 5% may apply.3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy:
Customers may cancel a project up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start date may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Refund Policy:
Refunds are not available for completed services.4. Customer Responsibilities
- Property Access:
Provide safe and unobstructed access to your property during scheduled visits. This includes securing any aggressive dogs indoors while services are being performed.
- Special Instructions for Digging Projects:
For projects that involve digging or disturbing the soil (e.g., landscaping, fence, or drainage installation), customers must notify us in advance of any underground utilities, including irrigation systems, internet lines, electrical lines, gas lines, or other buried infrastructure. We strongly recommend using a private utility marking service to ensure all underground lines are properly identified before the service date.
- Unmarked Utilities for Digging Projects and Lawn Mowing Services:
Winston's Green Paws is not liable for any damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground utilities or systems. In such cases, customers assume full responsibility for any necessary repairs. To ensure safe and efficient lawn mowing services, all sprinkler heads, internet/cable boxes, landscape lighting, and other hidden or low-profile obstacles must be clearly marked before service begins. These items can be difficult to detect and may be unintentionally damaged if not properly identified. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked items during routine lawn care.
- Special Instructions:
Any specific requirements (e.g., underground obstacles, pet considerations) must be communicated in advance.5. Liability
- Property Damage:
Winston's Green Paws is not liable for pre-existing property conditions or damages caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, underground utilities).
- Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of project completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.6. 30-Day Plant GuaranteeWe guarantee that all plants, trees, and/or flowers that we personally select and purchase are installed with proper care and in suitable conditions. If a plant dies due to improper planting within 30 days, we will replace it at no cost. This guarantee does not apply to any plants, trees, or flowers provided by the customer, including those we were asked to install on their behalf. Additionally, this warranty does not cover plants that die due to lack of watering, extreme weather, pests, or other factors outside of our control. Proper watering and care are the responsibility of the homeowner.7. Waste DisposalAll pet waste collected during service will be disposed of in the customer's designated on-site waste bin. For sanitation and odor control, waste is double-bagged in scented bags. If no accessible bin is available, alternative disposal arrangements will be discussed and may incur an additional fee.8. Rescheduling and Service Adjustments
- Rescheduling:
Customers may request to reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Weather Delays:
Projects may be delayed due to weather. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest opportunity.9. Termination
Winston's Green Paws reserves the right to cancel or terminate a project if unsafe working conditions are present or if payment terms are not met.10. Agreement to Terms

By agreeing to a service provided by Winston's Green Paws, you ("Customer") accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.1. Service Overview- Service Description: Winston's Green Paws offers professional lawn care services on an as-needed and ongoing basis. Services are scheduled per customer request, with no guaranteed frequency or availability.- Service Availability: Services are based on availability and demand on a first-come, first-served basis. While we make every effort to accommodate all requests, our company primarily operates on a subscription-based model, which means priority is given to recurring customers. As a result, as-needed services are not always guaranteed and may be subject to availability, scheduling constraints, or weather conditions.2. Payment Terms- Payment Method: Payments are processed via Stripe.- Payment Due: Payment is due before or by the day of service.- To ensure uninterrupted service, timely payment is required by the day of service. If payment is not received, services may be temporarily paused or discontinued until the balance is settled.- Initial Service Fee: Before starting ongoing services, an initial cleanup may be required to bring the property to a maintainable level. This one-time service is priced separately and must be completed before the ongoing lawn care services begin. The cost of the initial cleanup will be provided in your estimate and must be paid before the first scheduled ongoing service.- Service Guarantee: Once payment is received for a service, we guarantee that the scheduled service will be fulfilled, regardless of weather or other unforeseen circumstances. If a service cannot be performed for any reason, a refund or rescheduling will be provided.- Pricing: Prices for as-needed services will be quoted based on the specific request.3. Pricing & Service Frequency
Service rates are based on the frequency agreed upon at the start of service (e.g., weekly, biweekly, monthly). If one or more visits are skipped or postponed by the client, pricing may be adjusted to reflect the updated service frequency. For example, if a client receiving weekly service skips visits, the rate may be changed to the corresponding biweekly or monthly price. This ensures accurate pricing based on the level of service required.4. Cancellations and Refunds- Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel a requested service by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may result in a 15% charge of the service cost.- Refunds: No refunds will be issued for services already performed. For services that are canceled before completion, customers will be charged for any work already completed.5. Scope of Services- Included Services: Services are provided based on the customer’s selected plan and may include but are not limited to ongoing lawn mowing, edging, debris cleanup, leaf removal, and/or weed control. Additional services may be available upon request and will be outlined in your estimate.- Customer Responsibilities: Provide safe and unobstructed access to your property during scheduled visits. This includes securing any aggressive dogs indoors while services are being performed.Notify us of any special instructions or changes to property access.Sprinkler Heads, Cables, and Utility Marking:
To help us provide safe and efficient lawn mowing services, we ask that all sprinkler heads, internet/cable boxes, landscape lighting, and any other hidden or low-lying obstacles be clearly marked before we begin service. These items can be difficult to see and may be accidentally damaged during mowing if not properly identified. We are not responsible for unmarked items that are damaged during routine lawn care.6. Service Adjustments- Availability: While we strive to accommodate all customers, due to weather conditions, demand, and scheduling limitations, non-subscription service requests may not be fulfilled as quickly as those of our subscription customers or services that have already been paid for. To help ensure consistent service, we recommend booking as early as possible. Please note that subscription customers and pre-paid services will be prioritized during peak times. In the event of weather disruptions, we may only be able to fulfill subscription and pre-paid visits on certain days. We appreciate your understanding!- Service Changes: If you need to change the service or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate the changes, but availability may vary.7. Liability- Damage or Loss: Winston's Green Paws is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from weather, animals, or other factors outside our control.- Service Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality service. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve any issues.8. Termination- Termination of Service: Either party may terminate service at any time. We reserve the right to refuse service for non-payment, unsafe working conditions, or other valid reasons.9.
